Setting Up Your Trezor Device

  1. Unbox your device: Carefully unbox your Trezor device and connect it to your computer using the USB cable provided.

  2. Install Trezor Bridge: Download and install the Trezor Bridge or Trezor Suite software from the official Trezor website.

  3. Firmware Update: Upon connection, follow the prompts to update your device's firmware.

  4. Device Setup: Choose whether to create a new wallet or recover an existing one. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

  5. Backup your Recovery Seed: Write down the 12 to 24-word recovery seed on the provided recovery seed card. Store it in a safe place.
